In chaos theory, the butterfly effect basically means a small change in one part of a system, can make much bigger changes happen throughout an entire system
 
Things are changing. Systems that were corrupt and inefficient are finally being looked at, and I believe that humanity can and will come out better.  I hope it can inspire you to look for the good things happening among what can appear at times to be chaos.
